Time: Full Day - Meet at 8:30 am
Blast - Meet at 1:15 pm - NOTE: This is an afternoon trip this year
Where: Meet at the lower level of Vern's Restaurant in LaPorte, Colorado
Difficulty: Class III and IV
Fee: Full Day - $108.50 per person (includes deli-style lunch); Gloves are $2.00 additional
Blast - $69.00 per person; Gloves are $2.00 additional
All fees include helmet, wetsuit, shoes, waterproof jackets and tip fund. Wetsuit is mandatory in June due to cold water temperature.
Wear quick-drying shorts and shirts (avoid cotton), secure footwear (not flip flops) and sunglasses. Bring a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Bring a swimsuit or pair of nylon shorts to wear under the wetsuit. Straps for prescription glass or sunglasses you'd like to keep are recommended.
Everyone should be mentally and physically prepared for an exciting, high-water raft trip!
