SEPTEMBER 14 KICKS OFF OUR EVENTS We're not skiing quite yet, but we'll again enjoy our Bike/Skate/Scoot get-gether on Cheyenne's Greenway.  Meeting at the Godfather's on Yellowstone at 1:30, we'll head on over to the greenway with our bikes, blades, rollerskis(?), or simply foot power for about an hour, then re-group for pizza and beverage at Godfather's.  Tom's on the hook for the first pizza, then we're on our own as we kick around football season, election season, and maybe even a little skiing. There's no easier way to enjoy a ski or snowboard weekend than to join the Cheyenne Ski Club.  Our alpine trips are usually on chartered bus to a downhill resort, so all you need to do is sign up, then show up at the bus with your gear.  We'll handle the driving and accommodations for you, and even provide some tips on getting the best lift ticket prices. 

Our Nordic program continues to gain in popularity, and these smaller, more intimate trips tend to fill rather quickly.  With group cooking and carpooling, they have a distinctly different feel than do the alpine trips.
